First and foremost the entire experience was five-star from Zack who gave us our estimate to the installers who never once fussed at each other. All Phase Roofing is a model company that all roofing companies should follow. Zach even assisted me in submitting my grant application with the state of Florida of which they are an approved contractor. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They even are doing one of my neighbors ‘s roof. Highly recommended.

We had water leak in the soffit where the house roof joined the carport roof. The first roofing company said a wider flashing would solve the problem. It didn’t. They returned and tried an expensive sealant in suspected location. Again a failure. Their recommendation then was to replace the house roof costing several thousand dollars.

Zach took the time to hose down the first repairs, then continued water testing the roof until he found the leak origin.

The repair was relatively minor compared to a new roof. He could have gone the roof replacement route and we’d never have known the difference. He didn’t. APRS saved us thousands of dollars.

The work crew was on time, expert, well prepared, and didn’t waste a minute. Both Zach and crew boss were were professional, truthful and friendly. I’d doubt anyone who questioned the company’s sincerity and transparency.
