Scheduling: The scheduling and delivery phase of all materials was fast and well coordinated to my schedule. Zach and Carl (Project Lead) kept me informed every step of the way.

Roofing: The roofing phase was impressive to say the least. The crew showed up on time with a small army. Carl and Alex (Crew Leader) kept the crew productive and efficient working all day. Other roofing companies told me my 2,400sqf home would take 2-3 days. All Phase Roofing knocked it out 1 day, impressive! They kept the grounds clean, tidy and protected all my landscaping, pool equipment, and AC from debris.

Add-on Services: This phase separates them from the others. I also needed stucco repair (a common problem with Florida homes). Rather than having to deal with two companies, Rick (Owner) is also a licensed business contractor and was able to troubleshoot and coordinate the exterior wall and stucco repair as part of the same project.

We had All Phase replace our roof and they did an amazing job. Both Rick and Zach answered all of our questions and were available to us at all times. The crew showed up early and completed the roof in one day. Zach came back out the next day to do a sweep of the property and picked up any the debris and roof nails that was overlooked. Zach and the team took great care of me after I had a roof leak. My roof was 24 years old and got a great deal replacing my roof which saved me money on insurance.

First and foremost the entire experience was five-star from Zack who gave us our estimate to the installers who never once fussed at each other. Every one of them was courteous to us and professional, as well as quiet they spoke to each other very little because each one of them had a specific job to do and they did it well. We were so impressed by everyone involved right down to the owner of the company who made sure we were happy with the overall job. Happy is not the word I would use on this one but I would say thoroughly Impressed with the entire job and especially the workers and owners. All Phase Roofing is a model company that all roofing companies should follow. Zach even assisted me in submitting my grant application with the state of Florida of which they are an approved contractor. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They even are doing one of my neighbors ‘s roof. Highly recommended.

We had water leak in the soffit where the house roof joined the carport roof. The first roofing company said a wider flashing would solve the problem. It didn’t. They returned and tried an expensive sealant in suspected location. Again a failure. Their recommendation then was to replace the house roof costing several thousand dollars.

Zach took the time to hose down the first repairs, then continued water testing the roof until he found the leak origin.

The repair was relatively minor compared to a new roof. He could have gone the roof replacement route and we’d never have known the difference. He didn’t. APRS saved us thousands of dollars.

The work crew was on time, expert, well prepared, and didn’t waste a minute. Both Zach and crew boss were were professional, truthful and friendly. I’d doubt anyone who questioned the company’s sincerity and transparency.
